Jonathan Ferguson has won the 2022 Roux Scholarship. The 25-year-old chef beat five other finalists in a fiercely contested final held at Westminster Kingsway College, London, on Monday 11th April, followed by an exclusive award dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London.
